Verizon Communications and Cox Communications earned top marks in delivering wireline data, voice, and video services to U.S. businesses, according to a new report by market research firm JD Power. Verizon came out on top for servicing small and mid-sized companies, while Cox took the lead for large enterprises.

 

Unlike 2013, none of the other major U.S. cable and telecom providers set themselves apart in this year’s customer satisfaction rankings. Only AT&T Inc. scored higher than the industry average, narrowly beating the average index score in the large enterprise arena.
