Actiontec Launches Master ISP Program
Enables ISPs, both large and small, to remain competitive offering troubleshooting tools and discounts on wholesale products
SUNNYVALE, CA – January 29, 2009 – Actiontec Electronics today unveiled its Master Internet Service Provider (ISP) Program dedicated to providing discounts on wholesale service provider specific products, support tools including web-based product simulators and more, to help ISPs of all sizes remain competitive while cutting down on expensive support functions.
Geared towards CLECs, ISPs, IOC, and other service providers selling DSL or Fiber-Fed HSI to residential and commercial end-users, Actiontec’s Master ISP program offers providers with unparalleled service, support and customization opportunities to provide customers with the most up-to-date technology, product branding and troubleshooting options to keep customers satisfied with their service.
“The Master ISP program helps keep ISPs relevant in an ever-changing marketplace,” said Actiontec’s Vice President of Channel, Michael Ehlenberger. “With our new Provisioning Application, ISPs can quickly customize and brand their equipment as needed. This program also helps keep other costs down with advanced troubleshooting, support and discounts on different products.”
Any ISP can join the Master ISP program for free and receive discounts on wholesale service provider-specific products, a dedicated T3 technical support phone number, support tools including web-based product simulators allowing customer service representatives click-by-click troubleshooting, provide input and suggestions for future features and products, exclusive discounts and promotions, and single unit drop-shipment service.
The Master ISP program is open to broadband service providers in the Unites States or Canada that provide T1 & T2 technical support to your end customers, and maintain regular quarterly purchases to continue to qualify for discounts. As this program was developed to support both large and small service providers, Actiontec waived traditional minimum purchase requirements.
Partners with larger volumes may be eligible for additional discounts based on purchase commitments. These discounts may be arranged on a partner-by-partner basis. Interested ISPs can request more information via a simple online form available at https://actiontec.com/isp/.
