Verizon expands 55+ plan for seniors to more states
Verizon launched a plan for customers that are 55-years-old and over that provides unlimited service. For a single line, it costs $60 per month and $80 per month for two lines. This plan started for customers in Florida, but now Verizon is expanding this offer to Illinois and Missouri, too.
The carrier competes with T-Mobile and Sprint, whose similar plans each offer two lines for $70 per month. Traditionally, Verizon has dominated in the 55+ demographic. Verizon also announced a new promotion for its unlimited customers for six months of Apple Music streaming service.
